ABOUT ESMERaLdA JUAREZ

Esmeralda Juarez is currently employed with NC FIELD as an FFWR intaker. Prior to this role, she gained experience working in customer service with various companies and as a farmworker. Her journey in agriculture began at the age of 13, primarily working in tobacco fields. She attended South Lenoir High School and graduated in 2017. She holds certifications as a Community Health Worker and recently earned her Mental Health First Aid certification in 2024. Esmeralda's biggest influence has always been her mom, and her motivation comes from her children. She have a 7-year-old daughter and a 6-month-old baby boy who she shares are the reason she gets up every morning. Outside of NC FIELD, she has no other affiliations.
