ABOUT NICHOLE WADE

Nichole grew up in Greene County, NC, on her family's farm, where she still remembers picking sweet potatoes, shucking corn, and shelling many butterbeans as a child. She has worked as an Outreach Worker with local farmworkers since 2016, and has been with NC FIELD and Sembrando Salud since 2019. She shares that it brightens her day to know that she is making a difference in her community. She now lives in La Grange with her six children, and loves to cook and try new things.
